Exchange & Return Policy

Time frame: Please be aware that we can only accept the exchanges and returns if the issue is reported within seven days from the date of delivery of the order.

Free Exchange: In the event of a size issue or receiving the wrong product, you can request an exchange within seven days of product delivery, inclusive of the delivery day. We will arrange for a reverse pickup without any extra charges for exchanging the product with a size or the correct item of equal value.

Exchange Terms: You may request an exchange for an order only once.
In exceptional cases, a second exchange will incur an additional charge of Rs 100.

Exchange Time: Your item would be first picked up and quality check will be done by the courier partner. After item pickup, the new exchange item will be dispatched from the warehouse and delivered in 2-3 days.

Condition: For exchanges & Returns to be processed, the Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached. And securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Exchanges will not be processed without these conditions met.

Price Difference in Exchanges: If the new item is priced higher than the original, you'll need to pay the difference upfront via a prepaid method. If the new item is priced lower, the remaining balance will be credits to your Bank Account.

Exchange & Return Refusals: We reserve the right to decline returns if the Merchandise does not meet the qualifying criteria, appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled (unless they arrived damaged).

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Fee: A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of our delivery partner.

Return Terms: In rare cases of returns (no delivery issue and correct order received), a deduction of Rs 100 will be made from the refund to cover the reverse pickup cost, owing to rising logistics expenses.

Refund: Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 2-3 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

Refund Method: Refund is to be issued within 7 days as credits to your Bank Account Only.

Defective Products: If you've received a defective item, please email unboxing videos and photos to WhatsApp number & Email us at sup.desigentleman@gmail.com, and we will assist you.

Color Variations: Please note that slight variations in the T-shirt color and design compared to what is displayed on our website, social media, and ads may occur. Returns and refund will not be considered for such slight variations.

Refund Liability: If it is determined that product defect from customer actions or omissions, we will not be liable for any refunds. (To avoid such situations, please do not accept damaged packages during delivery.

Cancellation Terms: Cancellation of all order is possible 6 hours after placement, provided that the order has not been shipped. If a cancellation is requested after 6 hours, a deduction of Rs 99 will be made from the refund amount. If an order is shipped and rejected upon delivery, a deduction of Rs 100 will apply. This deduction covers shipping charges and processing costs. The refunded amount will be returned via UPI or Bank Account transfer within 2-3 working days.

COD Charges: Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable. If no COD amount was charged, Rs 99 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Reverse Pickup Charges: We reserve the right to charge extra for reverse pickups, at a rate of 150/500gms. This charge can be processed via UPI or deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund Eligibility: Products purchased during sales or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds.
- All items to be exchanged must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Size related issues are eligible for free exchanges, but no refunds are available for size-related concerns
- Do not accept damaged packages during delivery.
