Shipping policy

Shipping Timeframe: We typically dispatch products within 48 hours after receiving your order.

Delivery Estimate: For pan India, orders delivery usually takes approximately 5-7 working days. Please keep in ind that the actual delivery time may vary depending on factors such as your shipping address and external factors like public holidays and adverse weather conditions. in rare instances, the delivery may take up to 10-12 days, depending on product availability. In some regions, such as Jammu and Kashmir and North East India, Delivery may extend up to 10 working days. 

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders. If you opt to Cash on Delivery, a charge of 99 is applicable.

Order Tracking: You can easily track your order once it has been dispatched. We will send you an email/SMS containing a tracking code and a link. if you have any questions or encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us at orders.desigentleman@gmail.com

Courier Companies: We use reliable courier services to deliver our products. These include Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart and EcomExpress, based on your specific pincode. 

Underlivered Products: In the rare case where tracking details show that the product has been delivered, but you have not received it, there are a few things to consider. Often, the product may have been received by family members, neighbors, flatmates, or the office mailroom. If the issue persists, and you have not received the product, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification. We will promptly investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include a full refund. This investigation process typically takes up to 10 working days. 

Important Note: After the mentioned timeline (48 hours), it becomes increasingly challenging for us to take action, and we may not be liable for any losses in such cases.
